30 Oct Greece 2014 (March 18 – 29)
There’s no doubt that many of the key events of human history took place in Greece. Indeed, clashes between Persia and Greece in the 5 centuries prior to the birth of Christ had a great deal to do with the shaping of both Europe and the Middle East. And many historians will attribute Greece as being the birthplace of democracy. But the most important events in Greece’s history are found in the New Testament and involve the little local fellowships to whom Paul did much of his work and sent a number of his letters. If you would like to go see Athens, Corinth, Thermopylae, Thessalonica, Philippi, and so much more – please consider coming on a trip with Gordon Franz (Bible archaeologist) and I to the ancient land. It will be the trip of a lifetime.
